I listen to my body and create training sessions around its natural rhythm, setting goals to support my long-term health and mobility. I take inspiration from a whole range of techniques found in yoga, pilates, functional training and gymnastics. I am particularly interested in the role of awareness of movement, and its effect on the body and mind. My motivation is to share the idea of healthy training and lifestyle to maintain balance in the body. My main goal is not to burn calories or shift pounds; performing my exercise routines on regular basis is more of a lifestyle choice aimed at maintaining high levels of energy and vitality. To this end, they are the perfect complementary exercises for those who are already fit and active. I’d like to prove to you that stretching can be fun. I can help you find a balance between an active lifestyle and regeneration. Together, we’ll work on proper movement techniques so your training sessions are both safe and maximally effective. As a result, you’ll tone up your figure and improve your posture, and with core stability training you’ll even be able to kiss goodbye to back pain.

The first session is a consultation, with a motor skills assessment. We then choose a programme that best fits your needs and takes into account your personal preferences, abilities and the goals that we’ll be setting together.
