Yoga can be called training for well-being because it has a positive influence not only on the body but also on the mind.
Yoga is for everyone, whatever your age or level of flexibility. With regular yoga, you’ll get a fit and supple figure, you’ll look healthier, you’ll feel mentally stronger, and your mind and emotions will be in balance. Yoga rejuvenates and relaxes, giving you more life energy.
My yoga sessions are ideal for beginners. Depending on your needs, you can aim to learn proper asana (yoga position) techniques, raise your fitness level, tone your body or just do some stretching and relaxation.
My sessions are based on the Vinyasa Power Yoga system. Vinyasa Power Yoga has its origins in Ashtanga Yoga, in that it shares many of the same qualities and benefits, including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength and flexibility, along with stress reduction. It started in the 1990s as an attempt to make ashtanga yoga more accessible to Western students.
